About this Nominee
Hi, my name is Lily, and I’ve lived in Boulder City my whole life. I started playing sports with the Rec. Dept., transitioned into club softball, played soccer and softball for Boulder City High School and continued my education with a full ride scholarship to play softball! During High School I volunteered as an assistant coach for Boulder City Little League on my younger sister’s teams and for several BCLL skill camps. During the summer while attending college I provided private lessons to several younger softball and baseball players. One of my favorite and most rewarding experiences was helping as a coach when BCLL hosted Challenger Day, a day of baseball for special needs kids and young adults.
Once I returned to Boulder City after college, I continued to provide private lessons and have been an assistant and head coach for the Boulder City Pixie Sticks (softball), Boulder City Venom (softball) and Boulder City Thunder (softball). I am currently serving my third season on the board of Boulder City Little League. I LOVE coaching the next generation and watching the girls progress and grow to love the sport of softball more and more! I hope to one day be able to return to Boulder City High School and coach at the Varsity level and bring home a State Championship!!
